Finding bliss in the bedtime routine

 Creating A Good Routine

Create a bedtime routine and stick to it weeks ahead of time. You child will be waking up early in the morning and you must ensure they get enough sleep. For a child to feel well rested they need at least 10-11 hours of sleep per night. If they need to be up by 7AM, create the routine to have them in bed by 8PM. Bedtime routines are consistent, repetitive activities that are carried out each and every night. They help your child prepare for sleep by having them relax and wind down. A predictable routine also gives your child a sense of security and teaches them how to fall asleep on their own.
